Weekend Receptionist - Highly Skilled Are you looking for a fun and dynamic work environment where you can showcase your receptionist skills? We are currently seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As a Weekend Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This is a great opportunity to work in a welcoming and enthusiastic atmosphere. Pay: $14-$16 (depending on experience) Hours Saturday - 9am to 5pm Sunday - 9am to 5pm Responsibilities: Obtain authorization with insurance companies Maintain a professional and welcoming personality with everyone who enters the facility Help with Resident Trust Resident Cash and Check handling Daily update the employee staffing census Help get admission agreements signed and uploaded Make copies of Admissions Checklist and other forms Make signs around the building. (ie. Family does laundry) Help decide rooms for new admits and make sure rooms are cleaned and ready to go (help clean sometimes) Tracking log of admissions and other data (how many people we accept/decline) Arrange/ordering Thank-you-cards and flowers Save and upload documents Create new resident profiles Manage the admission referral system when Admissions Director is out Help residents with basic needs when necessary Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist role is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Orem Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing 575 E 1400 S Orem, UT 84097 Orem Rehabilitation & Nursing
