Job Description

Seeking an experienced Yoga Instructor with daytime availability. Successful instructors will have the opportunity to expand their schedule in future sessions. This position will teach at other locations. 

Essential Job Functions (listing most important first):

• Coordinate and develop an exercise program on the dates and times assigned by the Fitness Director.
• Take an accurate daily attendance report to be turned in on the proper form.
• Make recommendations for the improvement of the program to the Fitness Director.
• Work all dates pertaining to the fitness program.
• Carry out all duties assigned by the Fitness Director relating to the program.
• Ensure that facilities and equipment are properly maintained and ensure proper order after every class.

 
Additional Functions:

• Carry out all duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Attend all training and workshops assigned by the Fitness Director.

Qualifications:

• Should have proper knowledge of exercise programs. 
• She/he should be energetic and proficient in the promotion of a progressive program. 
• Must have a valid driver's license. 
• Should maintain CPR/AED and First Aid certifications. Must be able to pass an employment screening.
