We are looking for energetic, charismatic people who have a deep passion for working with children and teenagers, who want to make a difference in their community and have a positive impact on the future. Under the supervision of the School Site Manager, Site Coordinator, or Clubhouse Director, the Youth Development Professional assists in the planning, implementation, evaluation, and delivery of programming at the Club. Experience should cover a wide variety of youth development programs. The Youth Development Professional (YDP) will develop meaningful relationships with youth in an after school and summer program setting.

Program will be at a Boys and Girls Clubhouses and/or at Elementary School Sites (Santa Clarita Valley) working with K-6th or K-17 years old after school. All candidates that are selected will have to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screening, and TB Test.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 1:30PM-7PM and Wednesdays 11:30AM-7PM OR

Monday-Thursday 1:30PM-5/6PM and Fridays 11:30AM-5/6PM
