Peak is looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Assistant Property Manager to join our team at our soon to be acquired 500+ unit property, Partridge Meadows, located in Louisville, Kentucky.

Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing.

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
