Job Description

As an Associate Commercial Title Coordinator, you will be responsible for communicating with various teams to relay information or status pertaining to commercial title insurance transactions. In this role, you'll proof commercial commitments to ensure accuracy and quality, along with hyperlinking of all referenced documents.

About the role

• Utilize company software to split and save document packages into separate attachments
• Route any issues found to examiners, typists, closers, partners or leadership for resolution
• Communicate with various teams to relay information or status
• Deliver commercial commitments in a timely manner to clients via email
• Track and communicate priority orders to ensure completion
• Complete tasks assigned by dashboard and shared inbox
• Follow up on outstanding issues

About you

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role requiring different modes of communication (email, phone, etc.)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours with occasional required attendance to offsite company events
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using software relating to title commitments, order entry and/or status tracking
• Proficiency in Adobe or similar editing software
• Experience in the title, real estate and/or mortgage industry
