Are you an experienced bookkeeper with a strong background in managing the financial details of multiple clients or entities? Our client located in New York City and Woodbridge, is looking for a highly skilled and trustworthy Remote Bookkeeper to join their team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates exceptionally well, and understands the unique demands of high-net-worth clients and small businesses.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a CPA firm or family office setting.
• You’re comfortable managing payroll, reconciliations, and day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients or entities .
• You’re client-facing and personable—able to interact directly and professionally with clients, vendors, and partners.
• You’re proactive and organized, able to handle light personal financial matters or tasks for clients discreetly and efficiently.
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment , with occasional visits to New York or New Jersey as needed.

🧾 Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities or clients
• Payroll processing and reporting
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Client communication and account support
• Assistance with personal bill pay or ad hoc client requests
• Coordination with CPAs and financial advisors

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a CPA firm or family office
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) and Excel
• Experience handling multiple sets of books and payrolls simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
