At Eagle Crest Construction, we’re looking for driven, energetic individuals to help homeowners protect their properties from storm damage by offering free inspections.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversation and set sales meetings/roof inspections

· Educate homeowners about storm damage, roofing, siding, and insurance claim options

· Set up free inspections with our sales team

· Record lead details and homeowner information accurately

· Represent Eagle Crest Construction professionally and respectfully

· Work outside and meet new people – No desk job, just fresh air and real conversations

· Paid training – We’ll give you everything you need to succeed

Skills & Abilities Needed:

· Strong people skills – You’re comfortable starting conversations with strangers

· Self-motivated – You set goals and push yourself to hit them

· Resilient – You don’t get discouraged by a few "no’s"

· Available to work afternoons, evenings, & Saturdays

· Able to walk and stand for extended periods

· Complete company required trainings as needed

· Comply with company policies and procedures

· Utilize effective time management skills

· Strong work ethic toward accomplishing goals and ability to work in a team environment

· Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required

Bonus Points If You:

· Have experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing (not required)

Compensation & Schedule:

· $17 per hour + bonuses for every qualified lead

· Earn up to $25-$30/hr or more with bonuses

o Bonuses based on leads generated & contracts signed by sales team

· Flexible schedule – 30 - 40 hours per week (Fridays off)

· Clear path for advancement – Opportunities to move into sales roles
