Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role supports both data entry and recruitment functions, playing a vital part in onboarding new employees and ensuring accurate system records. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, professional in demeanor, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update employee profiles in ADP during weekly onboarding
• Administer employee changes in ADP (e.g., shift changes, position updates)
• Assist HR Generalists during monthly hiring events by managing job offer letters, background checks, and application processing
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing and document management
• Enter and maintain accurate candidate and employee records in internal databases
• Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates and posting job advertisements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
• Support onboarding and documentation processes as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with HRIS systems ; ADP experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems (must be computer literate)
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
