Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll assist in coordinating and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and in line with company goals. You will work closely with senior project managers to handle project schedules, resources, and deliverables while supporting cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and client expectations.

As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in project planning, tracking, and reporting. You will be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and helping implement solutions. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication will be essential in supporting the successful delivery of projects across a variety of sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks.
• Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and maintain project documentation.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
• Support the senior project manager in day-to-day project management tasks.
• Help manage project resources and ensure tasks are completed as scheduled.
• Monitor project deliverables and assist with post-project evaluations and reporting

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools  is a plus.
• A problem-solving attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a project management career.
