SUMMARY
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of MD’s Part 145 repair & overhaul facility and Part 21 new spare parts manufacturing facility. Manage and lead technicians who build, assemble, repair, and overhaul subcomponents of the MD product family. Continuously improves assigned processes to ensure the quality of products and services by enforcing applicable Company policies, standard practices, and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of both the Aftermarket and production assemblies.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
