Track Digital is a rapidly-growing Digital Marketing Company in Nashville, TN, that specializes in PPC and Social Media Marketing strategies for Service-Based businesses and E-commerce brands around the country.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid (1 day at home, 4 in-office) role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Nashville, TN , with some work from home flexibility. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing Social Media Marketing on Meta & Instagram, as well as Google and Microsoft (Bing) Advertising campaigns for our clients.

You will spend around 75-80% of your time on Social Media Marketing , and the rest on PPC, as we already have a full-time PPC Manager to handle the majority of the PPC work.

This role will be a focal point in our company, and will have the opportunity to quickly scale into a higher-level role with a team underneath you.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage and optimize marketing campaigns on Meta & Instagram Ads for our clients.
• Set up, manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads for our clients.
• Set up conversion tracking using the Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and/or Google Analytics.
• Perform keyword research, create ad copy, and conduct A/B testing as needed.
• Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to meet client goals.
• Develop and manage budgets and bidding strategies
• Deliver insights through regular client reporting and check-ins
• Stay up to date with platform changes and industry trends
• Work in person with the Track Digital team at our Nashville, TN office (West End Avenue)

What Were Looking For:

• 4+ years of hands-on PPC & SMM experience (Agency experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Meta/IG Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics (Google Tag Manager experience a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with platforms/tools like TikTok Ads, GoHighLevel, Asana, Slack, Google Tag Manager and other CRM platforms.
• Experience managing multiple clients.
• Experience managing a team.
