Job Description

As an Entry Level Project Management Specialist you will be responsible for assisting in the planning execution and monitoring of various projects at our Manufacturing plant site. Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans including scope objectives timelines and resource allocation.
• Coordination: Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables and milestones.
• Communication: Facilitate communication among project team members stakeholders and management to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress and deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including plans schedules status reports and meeting minutes.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders including clients vendors and internal teams.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address challenges and obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in postproject reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and apply lessons to future projects.

Qualifications :

Educational qualification:  Bachelors degree in business administration project management or a related field.

Previous experience or internships in project management or related fields

Minimum work experience:  Entry level

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in project management software tools or cloud based tools

Behavioral Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities

Additional Information :

Pay Range: $55000 $65000 per annum
