Description:
· Source and evaluate an existing, functional redevelopment investment opportunity
· Conduct a thorough risk assessment to reveal all elements affecting possibility of the vision
· Develop a plan to repurpose and brand the property/area encompassing analyzing opportunities and researching the economic viability.
· Create a financial model that establishes the risks and potential returns.
· Develop a custom business plan identifying, describing, and analyzing the opportunity and examining the redevelopment feasibility.
· Other responsibilities to be assigned as needed.
· Design and deliver a presentation pertaining to the experience and accomplishments obtained while at Keystone to team members at the end of the internship.
Requirements:· Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
· Possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, an energetic work-ethic, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong analytical ability
· Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record may be required.
· Reliable and timely attendance required.
· Solid computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
· Has strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor.
· Must be able to pass a background and drug test and must adhere to the firm’s values and culture of commitment, collaboration, excellence, honesty, integrity, confidentiality, respect for others and trust.
