We’re looking for someone uniquely qualified for a remote role as a Full Time Executive Assistant (30-40) hours per week) to join our team and support our owner. This is not a typical Executive Assistant role; it's an exciting opportunity to work closely with our leadership team, learn the inner workings of our business, and play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our company.
As the owner's right-hand person, you will manage their day-to-day schedule and tasks. You will also manage the email inbox, assist with special projects, and coordinate schedules to keep operations running smoothly.
You’re right for the role if you are highly organized, a team player, and obsessed with accuracy and attention to detail. You’ll excel as the Executive Assistant if you’re a behind-the-scenes person who gets the job done.
In our results-driven company, you will be given the freedom and trust to handle assignments independently without being micromanaged.
