About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, Paid Media to lead the strategy and execution of paid media programs, with a focus on paid social, direct and programmatic display, media partnerships, and SEM. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the existing client business and contributing to the growth of the paid media practice within the digital team. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, a vision for the future of paid media, and the ability to create a unique direction for the digital team. The SVP, Paid Media will be expected to develop integrated media strategies, support brand storytelling, and key campaign moments, and have a strong background in both B2C and B2B work, including lead generation campaigns. The role demands a candidate with a deep understanding of ad platforms, particularly Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and a proven track record in managing paid social, programmatic, and search campaigns.
