We're looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead our recruitment initiatives in Germany and potentially across other Northern Europe countries. Key qualifications include: + Extensive experience managing recruitment across entry-level to senior roles within Germany. + Strong strategic thinking coupled with hands-on recruitment expertise. + Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously. + Fluency in both German and English.
