Warehouse Production Associate

Pay: $19-$22 per hour depending on experience

Full Time Position, Monday to Friday, 3:30PM - 12:00AM

Core Functions

• Operate large format printers, cutters, and laminators
• Prepare digital files for printing
• Print, cut and laminate signs on coroplast, wood, aluminum, vinyl
• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment

Additional Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of daily production tasks, including operating and maintaining various pieces of equipment
• Ensuring timely completion of orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
• Uphold strict quality standards throughout the production process
• Accountable to results
• Putting away incoming shipments, assisting in imprint, sign shop, and stenciling as needed

Skills

• Forklift experience is not required but must be forklift certified within 30 days of being hired
• Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take on new challenges
• Able to work with hands, and perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
• Excellent physical strength and stamina. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Diligent and punctual with a strong commitment to producing high quality work
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required
