We are looking to add a Warehouse Administrative Specialist in Monroe Township, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and report department metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Schedule delivery appointments and manage logistics.
• Process payroll for temporary employees.
• Coordinate with various teams across manufacturing, customer service, and accounting.
• Ensure shipments meet regulatory compliance and AIB requirements.
• Maintain accurate records for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Generate pick lists and support order fulfillment.
• Perform data entry and manage related documentation (e.g., pick lists, bills of lading).

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s Degree preferred).
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and transportation systems.
• Must be Spanish Speaking
• Must be able to work from Neptune facility as needed
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Data analysis and basic spreadsheet skills.
